1. The clearance of cylindrical and elliptical bearing bushing can be adjusted by manual scraping or the method of repairing and scraping after padded turning in the middle surface of bearing.
2. The top clearance of cylindrical and elliptical bearing bush can be adjusted by manual scraping or by adding pad to the facet of the bearing when the situation permits.
3. In principle, scraping and adjusting the clearance of the bearing bush are not allowed for the multi-wedge fixed bearing bush. When the clearance is not suitable, a new tile should be replaced.
4. For multi-wedge tilting bearing, scraping tile is not allowed. The gap should be replaced due to tile when the gap is not suitable.The thickness of the adjustable tile, can be adjusted by adding stainless steel pad under the tile behind the adjusting block, or thinning the adjusting block thickness method to adjust the amount of tile.
Problems to be paid attention to when using cylindrical roller bearings
1.Vibration
In normal use, vibration is very sensitive to bearing damage, spalling, indentation, rust, crack, wear and so on will be reflected in bearing vibration measurement.Therefore, the size of the vibration can be measured by using a special bearing vibration measuring device, and the specific circumstances of the abnormal can be inferred through the frequency distribution.The measured values are different due to the use conditions of bearings or the installation position of sensors, etc.,so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment standard.
2. Temperature
High temperature often indicates that cylindrical roller bearings have been in abnormal conditions.High temperature is also harmful to the lubricant of bearings.Sometimes bearing overheating can be attributed to the lubricant of the bearing.If the bearing is transferred continuously at high temperature for a long time, the life of the bearing will be reduced.The reasons for high temperature bearings include: insufficient lubrication or too much lubrication, impurities in the bearing raceway, excessive limit speed, long-term overload operation of the bearing, etc.
