1. Selection and control of tolerance of thrust roller bearing chamber: the thrust roller bearing shall rotate flexibly without blocking after being pressed into the thrust roller bearing. If there is obvious inflexible rotation, it indicates that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance should be adjusted down. If the thrust roller bearing is pressed into the shaft and rotated by hand, there is obvious "rustle" feeling, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, when controlling the tolerance of shaft and thrust roller bearing chamber, we should also control the roundness. Many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance, but not the roundness.


2. Assembly method of thrust roller bearing: because thrust roller bearing is a high-precision product, it is easy to damage the groove of thrust roller bearing and cause damage to thrust roller bearing if it is not assembled properly. The thrust roller bearing should be equipped with a special mold during assembly, which can not be knocked at will. When it is pressed into the shaft, only a small ring can bear the force, while when it is pressed into a large ring, only a large ring can bear the force. Air pressure or hydraulic pressure is required during assembly, and the upper and lower dies should be in horizontal state. If there is inclination, the groove of thrust roller bearing will be damaged due to force, and the thrust roller bearing will produce sound.


3. Prevention of assembly foreign matters: when the thrust roller bearing is installed on the rotor for dynamic balancing, it is easy to put the iron scraps generated during dynamic balancing into the thrust roller bearing, so it is better to do dynamic balancing before installing the thrust roller bearing. In order to facilitate the assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease in the thrust roller bearing chamber for lubrication effect, but it is often difficult for the operator to control the amount well. If the oil or grease accumulates more in the thrust roller bearing chamber, it is easy to enter the thrust roller bearing along the shaft when the thrust roller bearing rotates. The thrust roller bearing chamber should not be coated with oil or grease. If it is necessary, it should be controlled, and there should be no accumulation in the thrust roller bearing chamber.


4. Prevention of paint rust: the feature of paint rust is that it often occurs in sealed motor. The sound of motor is very good when it is assembled, but after it is put in the warehouse for some time, the abnormal sound of motor becomes very big, and there is serious rust when the thrust roller bearing is removed. In the past, many manufacturers thought it was the problem of thrust roller bearing. Through our continuous publicity, the motor factory has realized that the main problem is the insulating paint. The main reason for this problem is that the acid volatilized from the insulating paint forms corrosive substances under certain temperature and humidity, which corrodes the channel of the thrust roller bearing and leads to the damage of the thrust roller bearing. The problem is to select good insulating paint and assemble it after drying and ventilation for a period of time.

The roller is long and large in diameter, with a large number of rollers and high load capacity. Oil lubrication is usually used, and grease lubrication can be used in some low speed cases. 80000 type thrust cylindrical roller bearing, 90000 type thrust tapered roller bearing and AXK type thrust needle roller bearing can bear unidirectional axial load, which is much larger than the axial load capacity of thrust ball bearing, and has large rigidity and occupies less axial space.


Thrust cylindrical roller bearing and thrust tapered roller bearing are suitable for low speed applications, and the speed of thrust tapered roller bearing is slightly higher than that of thrust cylindrical roller bearing. Thrust cylindrical roller bearing is a separate type bearing, which can only bear one-way axial load and slight impact, and can limit the axial displacement of shaft (or shell) in one direction, so it can be used for one-way axial positioning. But its bearing capacity is far greater than that of thrust ball bearing. When the roller is rolling, due to the different linear speeds at both ends of the roller, the roller will inevitably slide on the ring raceway. Therefore, the limit speed of this kind of bearing is lower than that of thrust ball bearing, which is usually only suitable for low-speed operation.


The standard designed thrust cylindrical roller bearings are made of solid metal cages. According to the requirements of users, cages of other types or materials can also be used. The thrust tapered roller bearing can only bear one-way axial load and limit the one-way axial displacement of the bearing, so it can be used as one-way axial positioning. Compared with the thrust cylindrical roller bearing, the bearing capacity is larger, the relative sliding is smaller, but the limit speed is lower
